  • Have authority to bind your business

  • Use the Services for lawful purposes only


3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping login credentials secure

  • Accuracy of business data and scripts

  • Compliance with call recording, SMS, and privacy laws

  • Informing callers about AI usage where required


4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Mi Assist for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent activities

  • Harassment or abuse

  • Robocalling violations

  • Spam or unsolicited communications

  • Violating TCPA, GDPR, or similar laws

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.


5. Payments & Billing

  • Fees are billed according to your selected plan

  • All payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise

  • Prices may change with prior notice

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension


6. Call Recording & Compliance

You acknowledge:

  • Calls may be recorded or transcribed

  • You are solely responsible for legal compliance

  • Mi Assist is not liable for misuse or non-compliance


7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and AI systems are owned by Mi Assist.

You may not:

  • Copy or resell the Services

  • Reverse engineer our technology

  • Use our brand without permission


8. Third-Party Services

Mi Assist integrates with third-party platforms (CRMs, calendars, telephony, SMS). We are not responsible for their availability or performance.


9. Service Availability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mi Assist shall not be liable for:

  • Lost revenue

  • Missed leads

  • Business interruption

  • Indirect or consequential damages


11. Indemnification
