HomeReel turns a real estate agent's listing photos into a cinematic video in seconds. It is a full iOS app and a full web app, sharing one backend. Here is what is actually inside it.
Native iOS app: 26 Swift files, Sign in with Apple, StoreKit 2 in-app purchases (one-time + subscriptions), a photo picker with drag-to-reorder, AVFoundation video stitching, live generation progress, a custom design system, and the full App Store submission package.
Next.js web app on Vercel: the whole pipeline from photo upload to parallel AI generation to browser-side video stitching to download, Stripe pay-per-listing + subscriptions, secure auth + storage, and a brokerage-branded landing page.
