Mi Assist AI provides AI systems, automation workflows, AI search optimization services, and related consulting for businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms are outlined in individual service agreements provided to each client.
SMS Program Terms
Program Description
Mi Assist AI operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients and prospects who have opted in to receive text messages. Message use cases include: appointment reminders, service updates and status notifications, promotional offers and new service announcements, follow-up communications, and business updates.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START.

Message and Data Rates
Msg & data rates may apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Message and data rates are determined by your mobile carrier and are not controlled by Mi Assist AI. Contact your carrier for details on your plan's messaging rates.
Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, and other domestic and international wireless carriers. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier and Mi Assist AI is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to SMS communications from Mi Assist AI. By subscribing, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly send SMS messages to anyone under the age of 18.

Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data

Payment and Refunds
Payment terms for services are outlined in individual client agreements. All fees are due as specified. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of service engagement.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our services, including AI search optimization outcomes, as results depend on factors outside our control including third-party platform algorithms and market conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mi Assist LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Brevard County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
